Construction of Employer’s Colony
This large-scale project involves the construction of residential buildings, office spaces, roads, and allied facilities for the Employer’s Colony. It was initiated by the Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The colony is designed to provide modern housing and infrastructure for employees. The scope includes civil, electrical, and finishing works. The work order cost is Rs. 1852.77 million, with an existing cost of Rs. 2200 million.
